The Fullness of the Roast Coffee

Fullness of the Roast Fair-trade coffee beans are purchased from a green coffee importer.This highest quality coffee is shipped in from Columbia, Brazil, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Mexico, Sumatra, Kenya and Ethiopia, etc. Our Fair trade coffee is certified by Transfair USA.

The coffee is then roasted in an antique German roaster right here in Knoxville, TN by our master roaster, Alan Zeigel (owner of the famous Golden Roast Coffee House), which gives the coffee its rich flavor and aroma.

We offer two types of small batch roasted coffee:

Akrivia:
In the Orthodox Church, the Greek word “akrevia” is the strict adherence to the cannons of the Church. Our Akrevia coffee is a bold blend of fair-trade, regular strength organic coffee.

Economia:
In the Orthodox Church, the Greek word “economia” reflects a flexible application or interpretation of the Canons. Our Economia coffee is a bold blend of fair-trade, decaffinated organic coffee. Economia may not be the Fullness of the roast, but it's still canonical!
